The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) wishes to acknowledge and thank CCC and Associates, Inc. for a well executed project. Mr. Malcolm Crow, CCC Project Manager, did a superb job of orchestrating the material supplier, managing subcontractors, and holding timelines.

Constraints of hatchery operations and requirements were difficult, yet the coordination and communication necessary for a successful project were effective. Even with the added difficulty of concrete surface preparation, due to the long-term calcified deposition, Mr. Crow developed and implemented a series of strategies that limited the impact to the schedule.
