"After completing our review of your DBE/MBE/WBE certification application, it has been determined that your firm meets the certification criteria set forth by 49 CFR, Part 23, and 13 CFR, and is hereby granted certification as a Disadvanted Business Enterprise (DBE). This certification will be valid until November 1, 2000.

Under a Memorandum of Understanding, this certification will be accepted by Caltrans and other state offices. If there are any changes in ownership or control of the firm during this certification period, you are required to notify this office immediately.

Please not the experation date of your certification. Although reminder notices will be sent out, it is your responsibility to renew your certification in a timely manner.
