SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS

• Directs and coordinates all activities concerned with the administration of the prime contract as well as the placing and administration of subcontracts
• Directs and coordinates all matters pertaining to prime contract. Liaison with owner on all matters relative to the project
• Directs and coordinates the preparation and issuance of purchase orders/subcontracts. Insures terms and conditions of in-house contractual instruments meet the requirements of the prime contract
• Directs and coordinates activities concerned with in-house purchasing of materials, equipment, machinery and supplies
• Confers with and directs personnel and subcontractors in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specifications and coordinating various phases of construction to ensure timely completion of the project. Monitors and updates the project schedule
• Reviews subcontractor invoices for proper format, content, and correctness. Maintains progress payment files
• Reviews and approves contract change requests from subcontractors. Reviews prime contract change requests
• Prepares and/or receives from subordinates reports on progress, materials used and costs and adjusts work schedules if required.
